If a user calls a blue light organisation via the emergency app, the GPS location is transmitted directly with the call. The caller doesn’t need internet access.

Emergency services can localize conventional calls outside the emergency app using the SMS function. The caller receives an SMS with a link. By clicking on the link, the GPS location is being transmitted.
Access to the Emergency Locator is possible either via login into a web browser or via an API-integration to the operations control system.
The Locator app for iOS and Android has all the functions of the web version on the smartphone as well. This addition is useful for organisations that receive calls directly via a local SOS number and coordinate operations in the field on a mobile basis.
